Testimonials , that has led our friend Lola Sousa and from members of the international Byakko movement in the area of \u200b\u200bthe catastrophe Japanese have no waste. Are impressive and indicate a change of consciousness that the triple test, tsunami-earthquake-nuclear alert, the nation has resulted in the rising sun. Please spread. Now boot from the contiguity of the "Zone 0" of another tidal wave which houses the impressive tons of humanity. The eldest of claims he can turn around and the testimony of then confirm it with no room for doubt. tsunami starts now stronger, more powerful than all the seas and storms together: that of solidarity. We can make this awareness strongly fraternal has emerged in Japan invades our geographies. Thanks Lola, thanks to international Byakko sending these so revealing letters, these intimate letters. These and other revolutionaries evidence of deep, genuine and spontaneous solidarity amid the destruction and complete lack, they can tip the most important axis: that of consciences.

I also want to send these precious testimonies from Japan. I was so excited when I read that I did not hesitate a moment to translate them myself. These are messages that inspire us. They are full of Hope, Light, Love and the New Earth ... we are creating.

First, a message written by a foreign woman living in Sendai (the city that suffered the tsunami) sharing their experiences. It's wonderful hear directly from someone who was there at that time. It is a beautiful testimony of the Japanese spirit in action ......

Then messages about Saionji Yuka, from Tokyo, immediately after the earthquake and a few days later. Peace

May peace be in Japan

words of a foreign woman living in Sendai (sent by Fumi, NM U.S.)

Hello my dear family and friends,

First I want to thank all the interest you have shown me. I'm very excited. I also want to apologize for a general message to all of you. But it seems the best way now to get my message.

Sendai Things here have been quite surreal. But I feel very blessed to have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my
hut is even more worthy of the name, now I'm home from a friend. We share supplies such as water, food and a kerosene heater. We slept in a row in one room, eat in the light of candles, share stories. It's warm, friendly and beautiful.

During the day we help each other to clean up the mess of our home. People sit in the car, watching the news on their screens, or queue to get drinking water when you open a source. If anyone has running water at home, put a sign so people can come to fill their jugs and buckets. By

absolutely amazing where I am there has been no looting, no one pushes through the ranks. People leave your door open because it is safer when it hits a
earthquake. People keep saying, "Oh, that was in the old days, when everyone helped each other."

There are still shaking. Last night was beaten every 15 minutes.
are constant sirens and helicopters pass frequently. We

water for a few hours at our house last night, and now during
noon. Electricity arrived this afternoon. The gas has not yet arrived.

But this is by zones. Some people have these things, sometimes not. Nobody
washed for several days. We are dirty, but there are things more important for us now. I love this release as
not essential. Live fully in the level of instinct, intuition, caring, what is needed for survival, not only mine, but the whole group.

There are strange parallel universe happening at once. Homes made a mess in some
sites, however, then a house with futons and clothes drying in the sun.

people queuing for food and water, and others taking a walk their dogs. Everything happens at once. Other touches

unexpected beauty, the silence of the night. No cars. Nobody in the streets. And the sky full of stars at night. Usually you can see a couple, but now the sky is filled. The

Sendai mountains are solid and fresh air can be seen against the sky beautifully.

And the Japanese are so wonderful. I return to my hut every day to see how it is now to send this e-mail because no electricity, and I find food and water at the entrance. I have no idea who brought it, but it's there. Older men with green hats go door to door to see if everyone is okay. People talk to people completely unknown to ask for help. I see no signs of fear. Resignation, yes, but fear or panic, no.

We say we can expect aftershocks, and even other major earthquakes, within a month or more. And we have constant shaking, noise. I have the luck that I live in Sendai area is a bit high, a little stronger than elsewhere. So this area is better than others. Last night my friend's husband arrived in the country, bringing food and water. Blessings again.

Somehow in this moment I realize firsthand experience that is a huge cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring throughout the world right now. And in a way to experience the events now happening in Japan, I can feel a big opening in my heart. My brother asked me if I felt very small, for all that is happening. Not so. Rather, I feel part of something much bigger than me. This wave of delivery (worldwide) is difficult, yet magnificent.

Thanks again for your attention and love towards me,

return my love to you all, Anne

Yuka Words Saionji living in Tokyo with his family.

... Thank you all for the continued support and messages of love. It means a lot to us!

Every day, when he heard the news, I can not mourn. It's so easy to feel trapped and wrapped in this situation. Watching over and over again the devastating scenes which create fear and negative information and threatening to the future.

However, my parents and I started talking, and said we need positive vision for our future. Yes, an entire village disappeared. But it means we can create a beautiful new city from scratch! We need a vision that encourages people, which want to work, see the bright possibility that anyone can create. We do not want to rebuild exactly the same city we had before. We want something better, something more beautiful, sustainable ... a model that focuses on 4S -
(Science, Spirituality, System and Sustainability) Science, Spirituality, and Sustainability System. Now we can create from scratch a city that represents a new way of life. Dear friends,

Thanks for all your love, your support and your messages. We also experienced a major earthquake here in Tokyo, but nothing compared to northern Japan. I could not stay on my feet by how strong he was, and all I could do was open the doors to ensure our output.

All transportation stopped. In many places left to have electricity, many things fell apart, Tokyo also damaged buildings and roads. But there was no damage enormous. Many people were trapped near their places of work or forced to walk back home at night. Nothing moved. But still, there was no confusion or panic. No one shouted, and kept all queued for their turn. Without pushing or steal or anything .... Many shops and restaurants offered to stay and people, and people are here to support each other. We still have tremors in Tokyo, but not a big problem. Many friends walked from 5 to 6 hours last night, but everyone commented that everyone walked in peace, quietly, in order ...

At this point, I felt so lucky and thankful ... we know that our prayers, our meditation, our love, are true and unity. During the great earthquake, all I could do was offer gratitude to nature and the dear land. There was no fear. Only a sense of unity to pass anything. Our organization

[Byakko Shinko Kai] has more than 20,000 people across Japan and are working hard to contact everyone. But we know ... that in the place where they will be at peace, sending love and prayers to the people around you. Why pray for peace in the world and give thanks to nature is all we've been doing for decades. Watch the news of what's happening around the country makes me cry .. but knowing that gives me strength and hope.

not only members of our organization, everyone around is trying to support and work together. In our circles we always talk about working together ... Crisis may lead to a new development. We are trying to send as many prayers, positive thoughts and actions to help others get through this. In Japan feel a lot of support and energy of people around the world and we are grateful.

At the moment our main concern is nuclear energy. And stabilizes. In northern Japan, an entire people disappeared during the flood. But we have to take care of more earthquakes and floods. But in any case, I wanted to thank and say we're fine.

And I feel that all Japanese are working hard and together to get through this. We feel all the prayers and energy. Thanks.

May peace prevail on earth.

With much love, Yuka

PD
Here are some stories that touch the heart, I've seen or heard from others ...

A foreign woman I called the phone. He said he wanted to connect with anyone who was in Japan, and thus set the country code and your own mobile number, which proved to be the same as mine. Did not understand everything he said because he was English but knew enough to know that she really wanted to support the Japanese people. It really gave me so much hope.

Last night when I was walking home (since all traffic was stopped), I saw an elderly woman in a bakery. Had gone totally closing time, but she was giving free bread. Even in times like this people were trying to find what they could do and that heat filled my heart.

At the store, where items fell off shelves, people were picking up things with both order and then quietly lined up to buy food. Instead of creating panic and buy everything they needed, bought as little as possible. I was proud of being Japanese.

When I was walking home for 4 hours, there was a lady with a sign saying "Please use our bathroom." Opened their home to people outside the bathroom. It was hard not to lie to mourn, seeing the warmth of the people.

were in Disneyland giving candy. The high school girls were taking so many that I thought, "What?" But the next minute, ran to the children in the evacuation and were served. It was a sweet gesture.

My coworker wanted to help somehow, even if only one person. So he wrote a sign: "If you do well riding a bike, I can take you home." He was standing there in the cold with that lineup. And then I saw a man carrying a home, to Tokorozawa! I was thrilled. I felt that I wanted to help others.

A high school boy was saved because they rose above the roof of a store during the flood. The flood came so suddenly that only saw people under him, frantically trying to climb onto the roof and carried away by the flood. To help others, continued filming for their loved ones could see. Still could not reach their own parents, but says, "No one's fault. There is nobody to blame. We must be strong."

There is lack of gas now, and many gas stations are closed or there is sooo long queues. I worried, because I was behind 15 cars. Finally, when my turn came, The man smiled and said: "Because of this situation, we are only gas for $ 30 each person. Are you okay?" "Of course it's okay. I'm glad we can all share," he said. Her smile relief for me.

saw a child who was thanking an employee of public transport, saying: "Thanks for working to implement the train last night." Made that the employee will leave the tears, and me too.

A foreign friend told me he was surprised to see a very long tail as ordered after a public telephone. Everyone waited patiently to use the telephone Although everyone would be eager to call his family.

Traffic was horrible! Only one vehicle could move forward with the green light. But everyone was driving so calmly. During the 10 hour trip (which would only take 30 minutes normally) the only cry heard was a cry of thanksgiving. It was a terrible time - but also a time of warmth and love me more than Japan.

When I was waiting on the platform, tired and exhausted, a homeless person came to us and gave us a piece of cardboard to sit. Although usually ignore them in our daily lives they were ready to serve. Suntory
(juice company) is giving free drinks, phone companies are creating more points wi-fi, 1,000,000 noodles were distributed by a food company, and everyone is trying to help the the best way possible. We, too, have to stand up and give the best of us.

Whenever we ran out of light, people are working hard to fix. Each time the water goes, people are working to fix that too. And when there is a problem with nuclear energy, there are people trying to fix that. Does not fix itself. While we expect to recover warm when it's cold or running water, there are people risking their lives to fix it for us.

One old lady said in a train: "Power outages are not a problem for me I'm used to turning off lights and save electricity for this country. At least, this may not have bombs flying over our heads . ... I'm ready to turn off my light and happy to do it! "No one around you could say a word in reply.

In one area, when the electricity returned, the people rejoiced. And then someone shouted: "We have electricity because it probably saved his person. Many thanks to ALL who saved electricity Thanks to everyone for us! "

An old man said in the evacuation shelter," What will happen now? "And then a high school girl sitting next to him said," Do not worry! When we grow, we promise to fix it again! "In saying this, stroking the back of the older man. When I heard this conversation, I felt hopeful. There is a bright future on the other side of this crisis.

have been so scared about, it hurts the heart. When we started to see the world afraid, we forget to see the important things in life. Every moment is precious, every moment is the one gift (present) we have, and we simply can not afford to lose in a desperate with fear.

A friend who now lives in the evacuation center told me how important it is to smile. And his smile seemed to heal people around him. Have you lost your home, do not know how to be your future ... but still remember to smile. Some may say it's wrong to smile or laugh now, but I really respect the power of courage. Do not just smile, we also maintain our humor. In Japanese, humor translates as "laugh, despite ...".

Today, people everywhere are talking about nuclear radiation. Could reach the air, soil, food. People have a face so gray, scared. So I went out there offering my biggest smile and said: "Today is a sunny day!" I returned the smile, and I'm sure some think I'm crazy, but I saw beauty in their smiles. So much better than the faces of fear.

On my way back home, I saw a beautiful flower. We tried to use all our merits, and even the power of nature for our own benefit and that has created shortages and all this madness. All we can try to flee the radiation, but what this flower? I leaned toward the flower and said excitedly: "I'm sorry."

If we can stop and get out of fear, even just a little, we can see much more. Hope you do not forget the love, gratitude, acceptance, harmony and unity. I hope that we keep reminding each other, as you know ...? I can also forget.
